Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Skin RR, LLC ("Skin R&R," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit skinrr.com, contact us about franchise opportunities, or otherwise interact with us online. It also describes the choices and rights you have regarding that information.
Skin R&R is the franchisor. Each Skin R&R location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, which is the entity that provides medical and aesthetic services at that location. This policy covers information collected by Skin R&R through our corporate website and franchise development activities. Franchisees may have their own privacy practices governing information collected at the location level — including patient health information protected under HIPAA — which are addressed in each franchisee's own privacy notice.

Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you fill out a form on our website — a contact form, a franchise inquiry form, a newsletter signup, or any other submission — we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, location, and the content of any message or inquiry. For franchise inquiries, we may additionally collect information about your professional background, business experience, financial qualifications, and target market.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device and your interactions with the site. This may include your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect this information — see Section 4: Tracking technologies for the full inventory.
Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including advertising and analytics partners, social media platforms when you interact with our content there, public records and business directories, and franchise referral sources. We may combine information from these sources with information you provide directly to us.
How we use information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request
- To evaluate and process franchise inquiries, including conducting due diligence on prospective franchisees
- To send marketing communications, including emails about Skin R&R services, franchise opportunities, and events — you can opt out at any time
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and online services
- To analyze how visitors use our site so we can improve content, navigation, and performance
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security incidents, and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and protect our legal rights
- For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information or with your consent
How we share information
We share information in the following circumstances:
Service providers
We share information with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf — including website hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management (CRM), analytics, advertising, and franchise referral processing. These providers are contractually obligated to use the information only to provide services to us.
Franchisees
If you submit a franchise inquiry indicating interest in a specific market, we may share your inquiry with the franchisee (or prospective franchisee) for that market. If you book a service or submit a consultation request for a specific Skin R&R location, we will share your information with the franchisee operating that location.
Advertising and analytics partners
We share information with advertising and analytics partners as described in Section 4: Tracking technologies. Some of this sharing may constitute "sharing" or "selling" of personal information under California law — see Section 6: California privacy rights for details and your opt-out options.
Legal and protective purposes
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; necessary to enforce our agreements, terms, and policies; or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Skin R&R, our franchisees, our visitors, or others.
Business transfers
If Skin R&R is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With your consent
We may share information for any other purpose with your consent or at your direction.
Tracking technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies (collectively, "tracking technologies") to operate our website, analyze how it is used, and deliver and measure advertising. A more detailed plain-English explanation of each tool we use and how to opt out is available at our Website Practices page.
The categories of tracking technologies we currently use include:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (session management, security, form submission). These cannot be disabled.
- Functional — remember your preferences and improve your experience (language, region, accessibility settings).
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it. We currently use Google Analytics 4.
- Marketing and advertising — used to deliver relevant ads on our site and other sites, and to measure the effectiveness of advertising. We may use technologies including the Meta Pixel and similar tools.
- Accessibility — we use UserWay to provide accessibility features for visitors with disabilities. UserWay communicates with its own servers to deliver these features. See our Accessibility Statement.
You can manage your tracking preferences through our cookie consent banner, which appears on your first visit and can be reopened at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer. Most web browsers also let you control cookies through your browser settings.
Some browsers transmit a "Global Privacy Control" or "Do Not Track" signal. We treat a valid Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for California residents, as described in Section 6.
Your choices
Marketing emails
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email we send, or by emailing us at the address in Section 11. We may still send you transactional communications — for example, responses to your inquiries or notices about your franchise application — even after you opt out of marketing emails.
Tracking technologies
You can adjust your cookie and tracking preferences using our cookie consent banner. You can also use browser-level controls to block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect the functionality of our site.
Access, correction, and deletion
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will verify your identity before responding and may decline requests to the extent permitted by law.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), gives you certain rights regarding personal information we collect about you. This section describes those rights and how to exercise them.
Categories of information we collect
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California residents: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (services inquired about); internet activity (browsing and interaction with our site); geolocation data (approximate location from IP); professional information (when provided in a franchise inquiry); and inferences drawn from the foregoing. We collect this information from the sources described in Section 1 and use it for the purposes described in Section 2.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics tracking technologies may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You have the right to opt out of this sharing.
How to opt out of sharing
You can opt out of the sharing of your personal information by clicking the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of every page on our site, by adjusting your settings in our cookie consent banner, or by sending us a valid Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
Your other California rights
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share about you, including the categories and specific pieces of information.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information to purposes specified in the CCPA.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11, or submit a request through our online form. We will verify your identity using information already in our records before responding. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent's authority.
Retention
We retain personal information for the periods described in Section 7.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying legal, accounting, tax, or reporting requirements; resolving disputes; and enforcing our agreements. In general:
- Inquiry and contact form data is retained for up to 36 months after the last interaction.
- Franchise inquiry data is retained for the duration of the evaluation process and for up to 7 years thereafter to comply with FTC franchise recordkeeping obligations.
- Marketing list data is retained until you unsubscribe, after which we may keep a suppression record indefinitely to honor your opt-out.
- Analytics and tracking data is retained according to each vendor's default retention period, which is typically 14 to 26 months.
When we no longer need to retain information, we will delete or de-identify it in a secure manner.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and any transmission of information to us is at your own risk.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 11.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last revised" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice — for example, by posting a banner on our website or sending you an email. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
