Firmness, gently supported.

Skin firmness changes with age as collagen and elastin networks naturally shift. The Aerolase Neo's contactless approach delivers controlled energy that may support the appearance of skin firmness — a gentle, repeatable approach without the downtime of more invasive options.

— Our Approach

A gentle approach to firm.

Tightening here is patient, not dramatic — steady improvements across a series, with realistic expectations from the start.

— The Technology

650 microseconds of support.

The Aerolase Neo's 650-microsecond pulse delivers controlled energy designed to support skin renewal processes that may contribute to a firmer appearance — without the bulk thermal stress of more aggressive devices.

It's contactless. No cooling gel, no anesthetic, no surface contact — appropriate for the gentle, repeatable sessions that effective tightening typically involves.

— Common Questions

Good questions. Simple answers.

If you don't see your question here, our team is happy to answer it during your free consultation.

Is the treatment safe for darker skin tones?
The Aerolase Neo is FDA-cleared for use on all Fitzpatrick skin types (I–VI), including melanin-rich skin. Its short 650-microsecond pulse is designed to minimize the heat-related side effects that can be a concern with some traditional treatments. Any treatment risks specific to your skin will be reviewed during your complimentary consultation.
How does this compare to more aggressive tightening devices?
Some devices deliver deeper heat or use radiofrequency or ultrasound technologies and can produce more pronounced effects — usually with more downtime, sensitivity, or cost. Our approach prioritizes gentleness, repeatability, and minimal interruption.
Will I see dramatic tightening?
Realistic expectations: gradual, subtle improvements in appearance over a series. Significant lifting or contouring typically requires different interventions; your consultation will clarify what's realistic here.
Does the treatment hurt?
Most clients describe the sensation as a series of brief, warm pulses. The treatment is contactless and doesn't typically require numbing, though sensitivity varies. If you have particularly sensitive skin, let your provider know during the consultation and they'll adjust the protocol.
How long do results last?
Outcomes are individual and depend on skin, age, lifestyle, and ongoing care. Periodic maintenance sessions and daily SPF help extend results.
Can this be combined with other treatments?
Yes. Peels, facials, and topical regimens often complement laser sessions. Your provider will plan the combination.
