Skin tags, quickly addressed.

Skin tags are small benign growths that appear in areas of friction — neck, underarms, around the eyes, elsewhere. The Aerolase Neo's contactless approach can address them quickly, often in a single session.

— Our Approach

Targeted, quickly done.

Skin tag removal is one of the simplest things we treat — often a single short session is all that's needed.

— The Technology

650 microseconds of precision.

The Aerolase Neo delivers focused energy directly to the skin tag in short 650-microsecond pulses. The contactless approach is appropriate for these small benign growths.

No cooling gel, no anesthetic, no surface contact. Sessions for individual tags are typically just minutes.

— What to Expect

A clear path.

Most skin tags can be addressed in a single short session.

01

— Consultation

Free assessment.

Your esthetician reviews your skin, history, medications, and goals. You'll leave with a treatment plan, an honest timeline, and clear pricing — no pressure.

02

— Treatment

In-office sessions.

Each Aerolase session typically runs 20–30 minutes. The treatment is contactless and most clients return to their day right after, with little to no downtime.

03

— Series

One to two visits.

Most individual tags respond in a single session, with the treated area healing over the days that follow. Larger or stubborn tags may need a second visit.

04

— Maintenance

Stay protected.

Sun protection during healing helps prevent post-treatment pigmentation. Periodic visits address any new tags that develop.

— Common Questions

Good questions. Simple answers.

If you don't see your question here, our team is happy to answer it during your free consultation.

Is the treatment safe for darker skin tones?
The Aerolase Neo is FDA-cleared for use on all Fitzpatrick skin types (I–VI), including melanin-rich skin. Its short 650-microsecond pulse is designed to minimize the heat-related side effects that can be a concern with some traditional treatments. Any treatment risks specific to your skin will be reviewed during your complimentary consultation.
Will the skin tag come back?
The treated tag typically doesn't return, though new tags can develop elsewhere over time, especially in friction-prone areas. Maintenance addresses new tags.
Can multiple tags be treated in one session?
Often, yes — depending on number and location. Your consultation will plan the scope.
Does the treatment hurt?
Most clients describe the sensation as a series of brief, warm pulses. The treatment is contactless and doesn't typically require numbing, though sensitivity varies. If you have particularly sensitive skin, let your provider know during the consultation and they'll adjust the protocol.
Will there be a mark left behind?
Most treated areas heal cleanly, though some clients see brief redness or minor pigment change. Sun protection during healing helps maintain results.
Is this covered by insurance?
Cosmetic skin tag removal is paid out of pocket. Some medically-indicated removals may be covered under your medical care.
